What the job is
Staffing: Seeking up to five developers; please propose one to three candidates with resumes and hourly rates.
Schedule: Estimated January 2027 start, up to 24 months with a possible 36-month extension; approximately 172 hours per month per developer.
Work location: Primarily on-site during business hours; candidates must accommodate 2–3 on-site days weekly or additional attendance as required. Include travel costs in pricing.
Development experience: At least eight years within the past ten using .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, C#, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/XML, and SQL Server, including complex queries and stored procedures.
Testing experience: At least five years in test automation, test environments/data, test documentation, defect tracking, requirements-to-test mapping, and test-result analysis; automation experience must fall within the past ten years. At least three years in SQL data validation and requirements elicitation.
Scope: Application design, coding, maintenance, technical documentation, automated and regression testing, and defect triage. Assigned personnel must pass background screening.
