What the job is
Estimated annual testing: 3,800 engine oil; 1,950 transmission fluid; 1,012 gearbox oil (1,000 in each option year); 2,000 compressor oil; 80 AC compressor oil; and 12 each hydraulic oil, grease, diesel fuel, and coolant samples.
Analysis: Fluid-specific testing for viscosity, wear metals, contamination, and acid/base numbers; engine oil fuel dilution, soot, and glycol; full/partial diesel fuel packages; coolant chemistry and physical properties; and grease performance testing using specified ASTM methods.
Pickup: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, including holidays, between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. Locations: 3990 Zanker Road, Buildings G and E, San Jose, CA 95134; 2240 South 7th Street, San Jose, CA 95112; 1235 L'Avenida, Mountain View, CA 94040; 101 West Younger Avenue and Building B at that address, San Jose, CA 95110; 3331 North First Street, San Jose, CA 95134; 2 North First Street, San Jose, CA 95035; and 1436 California Circle, Milpitas, CA 95035.
Supplies: Provide and install pickup boxes; supply sample bottles compatible with Titan OD 1014 fittings and equipment without fittings, extraction tools, tubing, and labels.
Turnaround and reporting: Complete testing and provide secure electronic results within 24 hours of pickup; written reports and critical-result notifications within 48 hours. Include four prior results, maintenance recommendations, historical tracking, trend analysis, and monthly summaries.
Training and term: Initial and annual refresher training; estimated 10 training hours annually. Service period January 2, 2027–January 1, 2030, with two optional one-year extensions. Please provide annual unit pricing, including pickup, supplies, reporting, and training.
