What the job is
Initial supplies: Stock each cabinet to serve at least 100 employees, meeting ANSI/ISEA Z308.1-2021 Class A requirements and the required inventory list, including one box of Narcan nasal sprays and usage instructions. Supplies must have consulting physician approval.
Maintenance: Provide monthly inspections, disinfection, restocking, and replacement of expired or depleted supplies for 24 months. Repair or replace defective cabinets and affected contents at no additional charge.
Service hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, excluding holidays.
Pricing: Itemize removal, cabinets, installation, initial stocking, monthly service, and replenishment unit prices. Include all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, and applicable taxes; provide an optional additional year at the same rates.
