What the job is
Term: January 1, 2027–December 31, 2029, with an optional additional year.
Badges: Whole-body film or OSL dosimeters detecting X-ray, beta, and gamma radiation; use the same technology throughout. Include encasements, clips, and return envelopes.
Delivery and replacement: Initial delivery within five business days; monthly or quarterly replacements delivered two weeks before each wear period. Replace lost, damaged, or defective badges within 24 hours of notification.
Testing: Process returned badges within five business days, with readings within 20% of true exposure. Provide telephone alerts within 24 hours for readings above 2 mSv (200 mrem).
Reports: Email PDF exposure reports within 45 days of badge receipt and provide online portal access.
Qualifications: At least three years of dosimetry experience, NVLAP accreditation, and ISO 17025 certification.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive per-badge monthly rates for each service year, optional-year rates, and separate lost/damaged replacement and applicable shipping charges. Include routine outbound shipping and portal access; no administrative or maintenance fees.
