What the job is
Service period: January 1, 2027–December 31, 2029.
Crisis response: 24/7 coverage, assessment, stabilization, safety planning, peer support, and emergency basic needs. Respond to referrals within 24 hours, make initial youth contact within 72 hours, and provide same-day response for urgent crises.
Case management: Individualized assessments and service plans, ongoing support, service referrals, and accompaniment to appointments and court hearings.
Prevention and outreach: Prevention education for approximately 50 youth annually; at least 4 outreach or training activities reaching at least 25 community members or professionals annually.
Coordination and reporting: Facilitate at least 6 steering committee meetings annually, coordinate multidisciplinary case reviews, and maintain confidential records with monthly and annual reporting.
Staffing and pricing: Experienced youth service staff trained in trauma-informed care and trafficking response. Include personnel, operating, client support, and administrative costs in your quote.
