What the job is
Staffing: Experienced officers to supplement existing staff during high workloads over a five-year term.
Scope: Building and safety, property maintenance, nuisance abatement, regulatory compliance, and zoning inspections; property research, violation investigations, citations, follow-up enforcement, case records, and reports.
Qualifications: At least two years of local code enforcement experience, valid CACEO or acceptable equivalent certification, and current PC 832 certification.
Pricing: Provide a proposed total fee, fully loaded hourly rates by personnel classification, anticipated staffing allocation, and any reimbursable expenses. Include deployment lead time.
Labor costs: Account for the applicable $25.00 hourly minimum wage for covered employees when services exceed $54,200.
Insurance: General liability and auto liability of $1 million each; statutory workers' compensation with $1 million employers' liability; professional liability of $1 million per claim and $2 million annual aggregate.
