What the job is
Term: January 1, 2027–December 31, 2029.
Equipment: Boilers, steam generators, thermal fluid heaters and associated controls, pumps, valves, sensors, deaerators and water softeners; equipment varies by location.
Maintenance: Monthly, quarterly, annual or as-needed inspections, cleaning, combustion tuning, safety testing and calibration, including routine maintenance parts and supplies.
Repairs and emergencies: As-needed repairs and replacements; schedule repairs within four hours. Emergency requests require a response within four hours and arrival within eight hours.
Source testing: Coordinate emissions testing through an independent, certified or approved third-party testing provider.
Qualifications: California C-4 license, Class A license, or Class B license with a qualified specialty subcontractor; technicians must have at least two years of relevant experience.
Pricing: Provide hourly maintenance, repair and emergency rates, including normal and after-hours service, travel, tools and routine maintenance supplies. Identify locations covered; repair parts and rentals should be itemized separately.
Site visits: Required at select locations, with visits scheduled October 20–29, 2026 and advance clearance needed.
