ScheduleAnnual overhauls and twice-yearly major tune-ups from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029; complete each service request within five business days.
Major tune-upsInspect, adjust, clean, and lubricate brakes, drivetrain, bearings, and cables; true wheels off-bike; inspect tires, lights, sirens, and accessories; change front shock oil and bleed brakes annually or as needed.
Annual overhaulsInclude tune-up work, strip to frame and reassemble, and replace brake and derailleur cables, derailleur housing, chain, brake rotors, and headset, bottom bracket, and hub bearings.
PartsUse new parts of equal or better quality, following manufacturer specifications; specified brands or approved equivalents, including Shimano XT brake components.
PricingProvide separate per-bicycle rates for overhauls and tune-ups, including pickup, delivery, labor, and supplies, plus replacement-parts pricing and markup percentage, capped at 10% over MSRP.
