SamplingQuarterly collection from outfalls 001, 002, 003, 005, and 006; include all equipment, containers, and preservatives.
TimingCollect within the first two hours of discharge from storms exceeding 0.1 inches, at least 72 hours after the previous measurable storm.
AnalysisFlow, total suspended solids, total dissolved solids, oil and grease, total copper, E. coli, and pH.
ReportingElectronic results, storm-event data, and QA/QC data within 10 days; discharge monitoring reports and NetDMR uploads by each quarterly period's end. Retain samples for 30 days after reporting.
QualificationsArkansas-certified laboratory using approved analytical methods.
Period and pricingJanuary 1, 2027–February 29, 2028. Provide separate unit pricing for collection, analysis, and reporting, including all costs. The pricing schedule lists 40 samples; the scope specifies one sample per outfall per quarter.
