What the job is
Services: Free, unbiased one-on-one Medicare counseling, plan comparisons, enrollment assistance, and eligibility screening and applications for Medicare Savings Programs and Extra Help.
Outreach: Community education and enrollment events, including at least four events annually and one or two documented outreach pieces monthly.
Qualifications and staffing: Licensed to operate in Arkansas, with at least one year of direct Medicare counseling experience, at least one full-time employee, certified counselors, and background checks for staff working with beneficiaries. Providers and counselors must be independent of the insurance industry.
Documentation: Monthly client and outreach activity entry in STARS, quarterly progress and training reports, HIPAA compliance, and ten-year record retention.
Term: Anticipated December 2026 start for an initial three-year term. Please include per-client and outreach pricing and any service-volume assumptions.
