Size and operations: Approximately 20,723 acres covering crops, gardens, hay, cattle, dairy, poultry, horses, feed milling, milk and vegetable processing, and cold storage.
Assessment: Evaluate soil health, irrigation and drainage, crop and livestock production, pest management, labor efficiency, equipment, infrastructure, operating costs, and sales opportunities.
Valuation: Provide land and improvement valuations using income, comparable sales, and replacement cost approaches.
Deliverables: Written findings, an actionable strategic plan with implementation timeline, financial projections, cost-benefit analysis, and an in-person presentation. Final report due within 30 days after completing the evaluation.
Site visits: Evaluate all seven farms on site; include all travel costs. Visits require approval and 24-hour notice, and on-site staff require background checks.
