- Program Size: Approximately 1,069 full-time employees and 200 intermittent volunteers and board or commission members.

- Claims System: Provide online access to claim files, notes, status, payments, financial data, and customizable reports.
- Reporting: Provide monthly claim reports, quarterly savings and claim reviews, annual estimates, and excess-insurer reporting.
- Contract Term: One initial year with four optional one-year renewals.
