What the job is
Scope: As-needed motor and pump repairs, rebuilding, replacement, and installation; troubleshooting and repair of variable frequency drives, soft starters, and motor controls.
Motor sizes: Single-phase motors, 0.5–3 HP at 110–220V; three-phase motors, 3–500 HP at 230/460V or 240/480V. Handling capacity up to 4,000 lb.
Repair standards: EASA AR100, Class H insulation, clean/dip/bake for stator rewinds, VPI for motors 50 HP and above, surge comparison testing, and new bearings for complete overhauls.
Turnaround: Estimates within 24 hours, standard repairs within seven working days, and expedited repairs within four working days. Pickup and delivery within 24 hours; emergency callbacks within 30 minutes and onsite response within two hours.
Warranty: Minimum one year on repairs, parts, and labor; new motors should meet NEMA Premium Efficiency standards with a three-year manufacturer warranty.
Pricing: Provide rewind and overhaul unit pricing by horsepower, shop and field hourly rates, overtime and holiday rates, diagnostic and machine/welding rates, parts discounts, and new motor pricing. Include pickup and delivery costs.
