What the job is
Scope: Illegal dumping cleanup, vacated encampment refuse removal, roadside litter removal, community cleanup support, and emergency debris cleanup.
Waste handling: Remove and properly dispose of refuse, bulky items, vegetation, hazardous materials, and biohazards using trained crews and appropriate protective equipment. Include disposal fees.
Resources: Provide all labor, supplies, vehicles, equipment, and required roadside traffic control; Arizona licensing and applicable certifications required.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–6 p.m.; complete routine assignments within two business days and provide same-day or 24-hour emergency response.
Documentation: Provide before-and-after photos with GPS stamps or other location verification.
Pricing: Quote hourly rates for field staff, supervisors, and clerical support, with equipment and other costs itemized separately. Initial service term is one year.
