What they need

Vessel and schedule110-foot vessel, 26-foot 3-inch beam, 9-foot 6-inch depth; twin Detroit Diesel 16V92 engines. Work may begin March 1, 2027, and must finish by April 30, 2027.
Dry docking and coatingsHaul out, blocking adjustments, shore power, berth, hull washing, and zinc installation. Prepare and paint approximately 2,264 sq ft underwater hull, 2,800 sq ft freeboard, 1,400 sq ft aft deck, and 200 sq ft mast, plus associated components and hatches.
Steering and propulsionRemove, inspect, and reinstall rudders and tailshafts; replace three rudder bearings and the starboard stern tube bearing; install owner-supplied propellers and shaft knife cutters; complete dockside and sea trials.
Cooling conversionRemove approximately 18 feet of keel channel per side, preserve retained sections, install four owner-supplied keel coolers and two fabricated steel guards, and provide new piping, expansion tanks, alarms, and testing. Replace a separate owner-supplied Walter keel cooler.
Repairs and servicingReplace approximately 42 by 22 inches of shell plate, clad weld four localized areas, service the Headhunter TidalWave TW-200LP sanitation system, and inspect and spot repair five ballast tanks.
TestingHull ultrasonic thickness survey, electrical insulation resistance survey, and deck crane load and fastener torque testing, with written reports.
PricingProvide itemized fixed prices including labor, materials, equipment, and disposal; exclude owner-supplied equipment. Price an optional inclining experiment and updated stability report separately.
