Coverage: Keep the airport accessible and operational seven days a week, with daily inspections and weekly condition reports.
Winter work: Clear snow and ice from the runway, taxiway, apron, and access roads; maintain lights, markers, and other visual aids.
Summer work: Grade gravel surfaces and roads, repair ruts and potholes, cut brush, and clear drainage ditches and culverts.
Equipment and facilities: Operate heavy equipment, perform routine equipment upkeep and minor building maintenance, and provide hand tools and safety equipment.
Pricing: Provide a monthly price for service beginning at award through June 30, 2027, with three optional one-year renewals.
