What the job is
Scope: Strategic planning, campaign research, creative development, media planning and placement across print, broadcast, digital, and social media.
Deliverables: Advertising, brochures, onboard publications and signage, promotional materials, presentations, video, website enhancements, SEO, and performance analytics with monthly reporting.
Term: Anticipated start January 4, 2027; two years with three optional one-year extensions. Work is assigned as needed, with no guaranteed volume.
Pricing: Provide fully burdened hourly rates for executive management, account supervision, account management, digital, and creative services, fixed for the initial two years. Annual estimating hours are 50, 450, 700, 250, and 250, respectively, for comparison only.
Cost conditions: Direct costs billed at cost without markups; media commissions may be retained, but placement time cannot be billed. Pass through applicable discounts.
