Training: Four hours of self-paced content: two hours on ethics, board responsibilities, meetings, and confidentiality; two hours on Alaska school funding, district budgeting, financial oversight, and sustainability.
Deliverables: Editable course scripts, realistic Alaska scenarios, questions with explanations, a knowledge check, participant resources, a companion desk manual, and a legal reference crosswalk. Coordinate content formatting and revisions with a separate eLearning vendor handling the platform build.
Qualifications: At least five years of Alaska school board training experience, plus content review by Alaska-licensed legal counsel experienced in Alaska school district law.
Schedule: Kickoff December 1, 2026; draft course March 1 and final content March 15, 2027; draft manual April 15 and final manual June 1, 2027. Include monthly coordination meetings and review revisions.
Pricing: Provide an itemized, all-inclusive fixed-price quote. The total project budget is $75,000–$100,000.
