What the job is
Service period: Monthly service from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
Access: Multi-user web access to all software functions and features.
Data services: Daily backups, storage of all entered forms and scanned documents, and 24/7 system monitoring.
Updates: Ongoing software updates to reflect applicable legislative and program requirements.
Support: Data transfer and conversion assistance, plus phone and email user support Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern Time, with additional times by mutual agreement.
