What the job is
Scope: Quarterly interior and exterior treatments using commercial pesticides for rats, mice, roaches, ants (excluding carpenter ants), silverfish, spiders/web brushing, fleas, and other occasional pests. Infestation treatments are excluded.
Buildings: Office (225 sq ft), entrance bathhouse (1,529 sq ft), campground bathhouse (896 sq ft), comfort station (368 sq ft), maintenance shop (500 sq ft), pool house (448 sq ft), and five pavilions (1,404 sq ft each).
Rodent control: Exterior rodent stations monitored monthly. No bait boxes, sticky traps, or fly traps inside buildings.
Callbacks: On-site response within 8 hours, at no additional charge; the park operates 24/7.
Qualifications: Licensed and insured, with $200,000 aggregate and $100,000 per-occurrence coverage. Provide safety data sheets at the initial visit and upon request.
Service period and pricing: October 1, 2026–September 30, 2027. Quote a quarterly price covering all buildings; annual renewals may extend services up to five years with consistent pricing.
