What the job is
Mowing: Up to 20 cuts annually, including 15 during the growing season; spring and summer may require 2–3 cuts per month. Coordinate schedule and cutting height with the site contact.
Each visit: Weed-eat shrub beds, trim and spray around fences, porches, and buildings, edge sidewalks and curbs, and remove weeds from walkways and parking lot perimeter surfaces.
Cleanup: Blow clippings and leaves from paved areas, porches, under trees, and fence lines. Finely mulch leaves onto the lawn or remove them; remove trash, debris, and cuttings.
Shrubs and hedges: Two trims annually, one in spring and one in fall, with all cuttings removed. Coordinate trimming shape and length with the site contact.
Pricing: Provide separate prices per mowing visit and per shrub/hedge trimming, including cleanup. Pine straw replacement and shrub bed spraying are excluded.
Required site visit: October 9, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.; attend the property tour and sign the attendance sheet.
