What the job is
Service period: October 2026–September 30, 2027.
Mowing: Up to 20 cuts annually, including 15 during the growing season; spring and summer may require 2–3 cuts per month. Coordinate schedule and grass height with the site contact.
Included with each cut: Weed-eat shrub beds, trim and spray around fences, porches, and buildings, edge sidewalks and parking areas, remove weeds from paved areas within the parking lot perimeter, blow clippings and leaves, finely mulch or remove leaves, and remove trash and debris. Pine straw replacement and bed spraying are excluded.
Shrubs and hedges: Two trims annually, one in spring and one in fall, including removal of cuttings. Coordinate trim shape and length with the site contact.
Required site visit: October 7, 2026, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; attend the property tour and sign the sign-in sheet.
Pricing: Quote separately per mowing visit and per shrub/hedge trim, including all related tasks. Quote must remain valid through October 31, 2026, with prices fixed through September 2027. Payment is net 30 after completed service.
