What the job is
Mowing: Up to 20 cuts annually, including 15 during the growing season; spring and summer may require 2–3 cuts monthly. Coordinate schedule and grass height with the site contact.
Each visit: Weed-eat shrub beds, trim and spray around fences, porches, and buildings, edge sidewalks and parking areas, and remove weeds from walkways, curbs, and parking lot perimeter pavement.
Cleanup: Blow clippings and leaves from paved areas, porches, under trees, and fence lines; finely mulch leaves onto the lawn or remove them. Remove trash, debris, and cuttings.
Shrubs and hedges: Two trims annually, one in spring and one in fall, including removal of cuttings. Coordinate trim shape and length with the site contact.
Exclusions: Pine straw replacement and shrub bed spraying.
Pricing: Provide separate all-inclusive prices per mowing visit and per shrub trimming. Rates must remain fixed through September 2027, with the quote valid through October 31, 2026. Payment is net 30 after service completion.
