Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–midnight, excluding holidays.
Routine cleaning: Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, lobby, corridors, breakrooms, and entrances; maintain floors, remove trash, refill dispensers, and perform weekly and monthly detailed cleaning.
Quarterly cleaning: Four weekend deep cleanings include carpet shampooing or steam cleaning and vent cleaning; fall and spring also include windows and floor stripping with two coats of non-slip wax, while winter and summer include floor cleaning and buffing.
Supplies: Provide cleaning products, equipment, and labor; paper towels, toilet tissue, dispenser soap, and trash liners are supplied onsite.
Staffing: Screened staff, monthly supervisor inspections, and three references for similarly sized or larger facilities are required; subcontracting is not permitted.
Insurance: $1 million liability coverage per occurrence is required.
