Please quote three months of janitorial services at 2923 Culver Rd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.

Schedule: November 1, 2026–January 31, 2027, Monday–Friday, starting at 3:00 p.m. and finishing by midnight, excluding holidays.
Cleaning: Remove trash, care for floors, disinfect restrooms, clean surfaces, refill dispensers, and remove entrance and exterior debris, with weekly and monthly detail cleaning.
Quarterly cleaning: Include carpet shampooing or steam cleaning and detailed cleaning, with floor wax where appropriate or without floor wax; schedule on weekends with seven days’ advance notice.
Supplies: Provide cleaning products and equipment; paper towels, toilet tissue, dispenser soap, and trash liners are supplied onsite.
Staffing: Use screened staff and provide monthly supervisor inspections.
Insurance: Carry $1 million in liability coverage per occurrence.
