What the job is
Scheduled service: One technician per site, twice annually, with six hours onsite and two hours of travel per visit. Quote per trip; the stated annual total is 48 hours, with site count pending confirmation.
Maintenance: Inspect HVAC controls and safeties, calibrate sensors and thermostats, tune DDC control loops, verify network and third-party interfaces, back up systems, and check pneumatic systems.
Support and training: Remote monitoring and troubleshooting as needed, dedicated account management, and onsite training covering Niagara Workbench, scheduling, graphics, basic DDC programming, and troubleshooting.
Repair materials: Apply a 5% discount from standard pricing for repair materials outside warranty coverage. Miscellaneous repairs are excluded from the initial quote.
Term: Multi-year service, with scheduled work during normal working hours whenever possible.
