You are allowed to share the PWS and Combined Synopsis and Solicitation with prospective subcontractors. Please provide the referenced Excel Pricing Sheet and Section 889 form, or identify their download location. No excel pricing sheet provided, please provide an excel document format for the pricing referenced in the CLIN structure on Combined Synopsis and Solicitation.
You can complete the Section 889 section on the Combined Synopsis and Solicitation. Should the two cultural-event options be separately priced and included in the evaluated total? The pricing table includes options, but the evaluation text states there are no options.
Cultural Event CLINs shall also be evaluated. Please reconcile CLIN 0004 for DBA insurance with the instruction that DBA costs will not be separately priced or evaluated. DBA shall not be evaluated, since it would only be an estimate until awardee is selected.
