What the job is
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for groups typically numbering 60–70, using the on-site commercial kitchen and dining facility.
Menu: Nutritious, high-calorie, protein-rich meals with appropriate sides, beverages, second servings, and desserts at lunch and dinner. Accommodate food allergies and special dietary requests; provide sack lunches with sealed beverages when requested.
Service: Include setup, real dishes, dishwashing, restocking, kitchen and dining-area cleanup, and pre- and post-camp kitchen inspections.
Schedule: Typical meal times are 7–8 a.m., noon–1 p.m., and 6–7 p.m. Event dates and meal needs are provided at least 30 days ahead, with counts confirmed approximately three days before camp.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive per-person prices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus the daily total. Payment is based on actual meals served.
