Cleaning scopeFloor sweeping, mopping and vacuuming; surface cleaning; restroom disinfection and restocking; trash/recycling removal; weekly tile scrubbing; biweekly interior glass cleaning and high dusting; monthly detail cleaning.
Equipment and suppliesProvide labor, equipment, and cleaning chemicals. Restroom consumables and trash liners are supplied onsite.
Service period and pricingJanuary 1, 2027–December 31, 2029, with two optional one-year extensions. Provide weekly pricing per facility for each year, plus hourly rates and estimated hours for additional cleanings, biohazard cleanup, detailed floor scrubbing, and carpet cleaning.
InsuranceWorkers’ compensation, general liability of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate, and auto liability of $5 million per occurrence.
