What they need
- Kit accessoriesPower supply, 15-meter DC cable, kickstand, pipe adapter, flat mount, Starlink Plug or equivalent, 110V/120V AC adapter, and 12V vehicle power adapter.
- ServiceOne year of service with at least 50GB per unit monthly, minimum 100 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload, and LEO latency below 60 ms. After the data cap, throttle to 1 Mbps download/upload without overage charges; restore high-speed data each billing cycle.
- Setup and supportInclude modem configuration, server setup, activation, and 24/7 phone/email support with a maximum four-hour response time, including emergency outages. Provide a portal showing performance, outages, and data usage. Hardware installation will be handled by the customer.
- Pricing and deliveryItemize equipment, activation, setup, and shipping per unit, plus monthly service and support per unit. Ship within five working days of an order; service starts upon successful delivery and activation.
