What the job is
Services: Outreach and/or case management for youth and young adults ages 12–24 experiencing homelessness or imminent housing loss, including those fleeing domestic violence.
Staffing: Youth Program Specialists with lived experience of homelessness who deliver services and participate in local and statewide youth homelessness system improvement activities.
Service period: January 1–October 31, 2027.
Quote details: Include counties served, proposed number of participants, staffing costs, and direct assistance costs such as food, transportation, and move-in expenses. Total proposed budget must not exceed $110,000.
