What the job is
Bandwidth: 100 Mbps each in Pomeroy, Wenatchee, and Steilacoom; 1 Gbps in Lakewood; 200 Mbps in Kelso. Specify fiber, copper, or fixed wireless delivery.
Multi-port service: Pomeroy, Wenatchee, and Kelso require two ports with one VLAN per port, sharing the specified aggregate bandwidth. Label handoff equipment and provide VLAN-to-port assignments at completion.
Handoff: Extend service within 10 feet of customer equipment or as directed locally. Lakewood terminates in Server Room 130, Row 1, Rack 3; Steilacoom in LAN Room 208, labeled Room 5 on-site. Both require equipment within 10 feet of the router and auto-negotiation.
Installation requirements: Lakewood and Steilacoom require existing pathways, installation drawings before work, and exterior equipment mounted no higher than six feet. Steilacoom equipment must support future bandwidth upgrades. Obtain customer approval before site changes in Pomeroy, Wenatchee, and Kelso.
Schedule: Maximum installation interval is 150 days. Lakewood's requested service start is March 1, 2027. Provide your guaranteed installation interval.
Pricing: Itemize monthly recurring and one-time costs per site, including all equipment, cabling, permits, and labor, excluding taxes. Include at least one alternate bandwidth price per site for an upgrade or downgrade.
