Facility: 70-MW hydroelectric facility, including dam, powerhouse, turbines, generators, controls, and associated infrastructure.
Services: Engineering, dam safety, asset planning, environmental and licensing support, fisheries, surveying, hydrology, and construction management. Please identify the specialties you can provide.
Schedule: January 1, 2027–December 31, 2030; assignments issued as needed, including urgent response, with no minimum work guaranteed.
Qualifications: At least three comparable projects completed within the past 10 years; Washington-licensed professional engineers required for engineering designs.
Pricing: Please provide hourly rates by discipline and applicable travel or other expenses.
