What the job is
Equipment: Supply 300 washers, 284 dryers, 22 stacked dryers, and one stacked washer/dryer combo; all new, heavy-duty commercial units with ENERGY STAR ratings or approved equivalents.
Accessibility and payment: At least one ADA-accessible washer and dryer per laundry room; coin-operated equipment convertible to card payment, with non-resettable digital counters.
Installation: Coordinate existing equipment removal, connect new units to existing utilities, and complete installation within 45 days of the agreed schedule, with no more than two days between removal and replacement.
Maintenance: Provide 24/7 service support and repair or replacement within 72 hours of notification; clean lint filters monthly and inspect and clean full dryer vent runs at least annually.
Pricing: Include equipment, installation, and maintenance at your expense, plus your proposed gross-revenue commission percentage based on $1.25 washer loads and $1.00 dryer loads. Utilities are provided; monthly collections and revenue reporting are required.
Term: One year, with up to four additional one-year renewals.
