What the job is
Service: Routine scheduled collections and on-call pickups with 24–48 hours’ notice.
Equipment: Provide and maintain 2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-cubic-yard containers, compactors, roll-offs, and 96-gallon carts as required.
Fleet: Dedicated collection vehicles equipped with GPS and RFID readers; all waste must be disposed of the same day it is collected.
Technology: Route optimization, real-time vehicle tracking, RFID container tracking, and an online reporting dashboard are required.
Support: Maintain a 24-hour help desk and resolve missed pickups and complaints within 24 hours.
Pricing: Separately itemize collection, transportation, dumping, disposal, tipping, fuel, environmental, and other applicable fees.
