What the job is
Schedule: November 2026–April 2027, with on-site support February 15–17, 2027.
Buyer engagement: Support 12–18 producers; arrange at least six meetings per company with qualified European importers and distributors, and recruit buyers and media to the booths and masterclasses.
Events: Organize and manage two masterclasses, one for wine and one for spirits, plus a nearby trade and media reception.
Promotion: Provide European market research, media outreach and coverage, producer coordination, post-show buyer follow-up, and measurable results reporting.
Qualifications: Established PR/marketing firm with an EU office and full-time EU staff, at least five years of wine and spirits experience, and relevant EU promotional, media, matchmaking, and Virginia export experience.
Pricing: Quote management and professional service fees in USD only. Exclude venue, equipment, food and beverage costs, booth design/construction, exhibition logistics, and shipping.
