Passenger wheelsetsGallery IV railcars; estimated annual quantities: 2 axle replacements, 2 wheelset re-profiles, 5 wheel replacements, and 2 complete replacement wheelsets. Include F-style bearing rebuilding where applicable and wide-flange wheels suitable for 90 mph operation.
Locomotive wheelsetsMP36PH-3C locomotives; estimated annual quantities: 2 wheelset re-profiles, 5 wheel replacements, 2 complete replacement wheelsets, and 2 axle replacements. Include assembly separation, GG bearing rebuilding, support bearings, reassembly, and testing as applicable.
Traction motorsEstimated 10 basic overhauls annually, per OEM maintenance instructions. Technical specifications identify EMD D77 motors; assembly descriptions identify D78B, so please identify the model quoted. Include disassembly, cleaning, new pinion with traceability, bearings, seals, gaskets, unserviceable leads, minor frame repairs, electrical testing, and reports. Assume serviceable armatures and field coils; major repairs require separate approval.
Quality and turnaroundCurrent AAR M-1003 certification required. Return equipment within 80 business days of receipt, with inspection records, test documentation, and a one-year warranty.
PricingProvide separate unit prices for all nine services, including labor, materials, replacement parts, testing, documentation, and round-trip freight. Initial service term is one year, with four optional annual extensions.
