What they need

ClearingPrune for 20-foot vertical clearance and 55-foot horizontal limits from the roadway centerline, within the right-of-way. Remove brush and small trees up to 10-inch diameter at breast height, clear sign visibility, and remove defective limbs over 4 inches in diameter at any height.
Methods and staffingFollow ANSI A300 pruning standards; mechanical tree trimming is prohibited. An ISA-certified arborist must be available.
Included costsAll labor, equipment, fuel, daily debris removal and disposal, and traffic control, including certified flaggers, a truck-mounted attenuator, and an advance warning message board. Prevailing wage rates apply.
ScheduleStart no earlier than November 15, 2026; complete by April 1, 2028. Removal of trees 3 inches or larger at breast height is restricted to November 15–March 31. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m., excluding holidays.
