What they need
- ContainersOne 30-cubic-yard or smaller container per site in Fairfax (2 sites), Chantilly, Leesburg, Lorton, and Alexandria, and at 8011 Mason King Court, Manassas. The pricing schedule also includes a Reston site at 10907 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, VA 20190; please price this separately pending confirmation. Two 40-cubic-yard containers are required at 8010 Mason King Court, Manassas, VA 20109.
- CollectionApproximately monthly, adjusted as needed. Deliver containers within 2 business days and collect within 4 business days of request, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., excluding Virginia state holidays.
- Materials and pricingMixed scrap metals, including steel and aluminum. Quote the fixed percentage of the current American Metal Market (AMM) Pittsburgh index payable for scrap at each site, using the index on the pickup date.
- Weights and paymentsProvide signed gross, tare, and net weight tickets without weighing charges or deductions. Monthly activity reports and scrap payments are due by the 15th.
- Service termOne year, anticipated November 10, 2026–November 9, 2027, with four optional annual renewals.
