What the job is
Building finishes: Expand restroom entrances and adjacent storage; install new walls, ceilings, access-controlled doors, frames, hardware, and a slip-resistant polished concrete floor finish; add attic access.
Restroom fixtures: Replace plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, and accessories.
Mechanical and electrical: Replace ceiling-mounted heaters, thermostats, exhaust fans, lighting, and occupancy sensors.
Separate options: Price exterior painting of the entire building and an Elkay 4420BLU water fountain or equivalent, including a reinforced concrete pad and water/sewer connections.
Schedule: On-site work starts December 1, 2026; final completion is April 1, 2027.
