Design: Recreate “Sarge” using college-provided artwork, logos, and official colors, with a friendly, energetic appearance suitable for performances and photos.
Approvals: Include sketches or digital renderings and at least four design revisions, each completed within 10 business days. Final design approval is required before fabrication; include exclusive design rights for the costume’s lifetime and the original mascot sketch.
Construction: Use professional-grade, lightweight, durable, moisture-resistant materials with ventilation, moisture-wicking features, clear visibility, comfortable breathing, unrestricted movement, adjustable fit where practical, reinforced seams, and easy entry and removal.
Care and accessories: Include cleanable, repairable components, written care instructions, warranty and repair/replacement-part information, and two durable, ventilated carrying/storage bags per costume.
Pricing and timeline: Include all design, production, and freight costs; estimated costume weight and performer height range; and approval and production milestones. Desired delivery is within 10 calendar days after receipt of order; please state your achievable delivery timeline.
