Casework: Four custom angled walls in cabinet-grade plywood with high-pressure laminate, ¼-inch black reveals, custom header with contour-cut 3D lettering, and Dean Tate display case.
Displays and lighting: Three DVLED video walls, each 3 tiles wide by 6 tiles tall; integrated LED edge lighting, recessed LEDs, and puck lighting.
Finishes: Wild cherry header laminate, white wall laminate, black toe kicks, brushed metal accents, and Pantone 200 red crest. Header wording will be “University of Georgia”; case alterations and possible header reduction are anticipated.
AV and preview: In-house fabrication, graphics production, AV integration, digital templates, initial content, and a script/storyboard for future content updates. Full-scale preview of fit, finishes, graphics, AV, and content requires client approval before shipment.
Delivery and schedule: Turnkey delivery and installation by one vendor without subcontractors; completion within 120 days of authorization to start, with on-site installation limited to 5 days. Site preparation, demolition, power, and data are provided.
Experience: Three similar completed projects, including one higher-education student center, with locations, summaries, costs, and references.
