What the job is
Network: Approximately 900 centerline miles; automated or semi-automated collection with georeferenced roadway imagery. Please state your proposed lane coverage and sampling assumptions.
Assessment: Full ASTM D6433 distress assessment with PCI and CCI ratings, following existing GIS segment boundaries.
Asset inventory: Capture visible roadway and right-of-way assets, including signs, markings, guardrails, drainage structures, sidewalks, and utility structures, with good/fair/poor condition ratings. Include field investigation and retroreflectivity measurements.
Software and integration: ESRI GIS compatibility and Cityworks Respond integration for asset/condition imports and service request/work order creation; desktop and mobile access for 5–10 users, including georeferenced photo uploads.
Planning tools: Maintenance prioritization, budget forecasting, funding scenarios, two-year maintenance plans, and three-year capital plans, with editable assumptions and exportable maps, reports, and dashboards.
Data and support: Client ownership and unrestricted data exports in non-proprietary formats; one training session, documentation, one year of support after completion, and software updates throughout the service term.
Timing: Initial services January 1–December 31, 2027, with four optional annual renewals and potential repeat assessments. Please itemize collection, implementation, software, and support costs.
