- Reservoir routeRagged Mountain, Sugar Hollow, and South Rivanna reservoirs; Saturdays and Sundays, noon–8 p.m., May 29–September 26, 2027, plus May 27–28, 2028. Estimated pricing quantity: 304 hours.
- Facility routeAvon Street, Observatory, and Pantops storage tanks; Moores Creek wastewater plant; and Observatory and South Rivanna water plants. Friday and Saturday overnight shifts, 10 p.m.–6 a.m., May 28, 2027–May 27, 2028. Estimated pricing quantity: 848 hours.
- Patrol dutiesDedicated coverage, vehicle perimeter patrols, foot checks when needed, gate and door checks, and daily written incident reports. Patrols cannot be combined with other customers' services.
- Staff and equipmentVirginia DCJS-licensed business and properly registered personnel; uniforms, background checks, annual drug and alcohol screening, cellphone, and marked four-wheel-drive vehicle with light bar and backup vehicle.
- PricingProvide separate all-inclusive hourly rates for each route, including labor, supervision, equipment, fuel, and vehicle expenses, fixed for the initial 12-month term.
