Marion4,284 sq. ft.; after-hours cleaning Monday–Friday.
Routine cleaningFloors, carpets, restrooms, surfaces, high-touch disinfection, entrance glass, indoor/outdoor trash, and exterior smoking areas; include weekly and monthly detail cleaning and monthly floor buffing.
Periodic cleaningQuarterly carpet shampooing; twice-yearly floor stripping/waxing, excluding quarry tile, and interior/exterior window cleaning.
Staffing and suppliesInclude labor, equipment, cleaning supplies, and an English-speaking onsite supervisor throughout service. Personnel must pass background checks. Restroom consumables are supplied onsite.
Service periodJanuary 1–December 31, 2027, with three optional one-year renewals.
PricingProvide monthly pricing for Abingdon’s combined buildings and Marion separately, including scheduled periodic work. List additional services separately.
