FacilityApproximately 3,000 sq. ft., including 12 rooms, three restrooms, a kitchenette, lobby, conference room, and janitorial closet.
ScheduleMondays and Thursdays between 8:15 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET for one year.
Routine cleaningDusting, surface disinfection, vacuuming, mopping, restroom and urine testing area sanitation, glass cleaning, trash and recycling removal, and dispenser restocking.
Semiannual servicesCarpet steam cleaning, grout deep cleaning and sealing, and light fixture deep cleaning twice yearly.
Annual servicesCarpet shampooing, floor care appropriate to flooring type, interior and exterior window cleaning, and mini-blind deep cleaning.
Equipment and suppliesProvide cleaning chemicals and equipment, including HEPA vacuums. The site supplies restroom consumables, liners, soap, sanitizer, disinfectant spray/wipes, and disposable gloves.
Site requirementsMandatory scheduled site visit, staff background checks, and monthly supervisory inspections.
PricingPlease itemize monthly cleaning, each semiannual service, annual service, and hourly rates for initial deep cleaning and additional services; allow four hours each for the latter two items.
