Hours and staffingManage the fitness center and weight room Monday–Thursday, noon–8 PM, and Friday–Saturday, noon–6 PM, with qualified fitness personnel holding CPR and AED certifications.
ServicesProvide group fitness classes, wellness activities, equipment orientations, member support, routine equipment inspections, emergency response, and attendance and usage reporting.
Operating modelOperator retains approved membership and program revenues; no minimum revenue or participation is guaranteed. Space, utilities, existing equipment, custodial services, and existing equipment repairs and replacement are provided by the college.
Term and pricingInitial one-year term with nine optional one-year renewals. Include membership, class, personal training, and any additional fees, discounts, and operating assumptions; fees require college approval.
