What the job is
Attendance: Approximately 20 people each day; final count and delivery times confirmed 3 days before the event.
Lunches: Deliver lunch with a beverage by 11:45 a.m. both days. Please propose a menu and price per person at or below the applicable meal per diem rate.
Break beverages: Coffee, tea, soft drinks, or other beverages from noon–5 p.m. on June 15; coffee and assorted beverages starting at 8 a.m. and for noon–4:30 p.m. breaks on June 16. Bill based on consumption.
Snacks: Small food items for afternoon breaks, 2–4:30 p.m. both days, billed based on consumption.
Fees: Itemize delivery fees and service charges for each day; service charges must not exceed 20%.
Provider: Direct food vendors only; no third-party companies or event planners.
Event confirmation: Subject to funding confirmation by December 11, 2026.
