OperationsManage the existing multi-carrier neutral-host DAS, including monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance, RF optimization, and carrier coordination.
CoverageExpand capacity at Lane Stadium, Cassell Coliseum, surrounding Parking Lots 1–5, Mosley Practice Field, and six residence halls: Miles, Pritchard, Ambler Johnston, New Hall West, Cochrane, and Harper. Include field-level and premium-area connectivity.
ModernizationUpgrade aging equipment, head-end systems, spectrum support, backhaul, monitoring, cybersecurity, and redundancy while maintaining access for all major carriers.
ScheduleIncrease Lane Stadium node capacity by July 23, 2027, with connectivity improvements ready for the Fall 2027 athletic season.
ServiceInclude event-day on-site support, incident response times, coverage testing, and performance reporting.
PricingProvide operating fees, capital investment and funding assumptions, and proposed carrier revenue-sharing terms for a 10-year partnership.
