Meeting space: Classroom seating for 150 on August 4 and 5, plus two breakout rooms accommodating 60 participants each. Water stations throughout the conference.
Additional space: Registration area and separate storage space for August 3–5.
Audio visual: Six microphones, one lavalier microphone, four presentation screens, and three podiums for August 4 and 5, with setup on August 3.
Exhibits: Five tables with two chairs each and access to power, available from the evening of August 3 through August 5.
Date clarification: Breakout room dates and meeting room setup dates are listed as August 2026; confirmation is needed that these should be August 2027.
